Ethiopian forces have been accused of crossing over into Somalia indiscriminately.
Abukar Osman, the Permanent Representative of Somalia to the United Nations, accused Ethiopia of this when addressing the UN Security Council (UNSC) on Monday.
He added that the Ethiopian forces have also been confronting local troops in Somalia.
Osman accused Ethiopia of continuously provoking and disrespecting Somalia.
